All of our bottles are laser engraved, creating a crisp finish that will never chip or fade.

How long do custom orders take to fulfill?
Custom orders typically take 3-5 business days to process before shipping. However, if you need your custom bottle ASAP, please email us at [email protected] prior to purchase and if time allows, we may be able to fast-track your order for a nominal fee. Please note this is not a guarantee, especially during peak seasons.
How do you engrave your bottles?
All customizations are done using a state-of-the-art laser that will leave a permanent engraving on your insulated bottles. Engravings will not fade, rub off or chip...EVER!
Can I upload my own logo?
For now, you will be unable to upload your own logo. However, we are working on adding this feature to the Custom Shop, so be sure to keep checking in.
